Stayed in Feb, clearly the best place on the beach to surf and watch the surf.
Vernon & his family and staff are very friendly. The food was great and really great value for money. This is a no frills , basuc rooms but very clean, you come hear for the beach and the authentic experience .

We stayed here during part of March and then again in April 2017. Vernon, his wife and staff were great and we loved the room with a sea view on the top floor. Rooms are big, clean and we even had a new mattress so we were very happy. Although basic (as in you should supply your own toiletries) we found this perfect, as what else do you really need?! If and when we return to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay at Vernon's. Highly recommend it!

Great place to stay, family run with ya main man Vernon at the helm, Location & views of the main surfing reef. Excellent value. Choice of rooms, A/C, non A/C, all en suite, all with ceiling fan. Plenty of choice on the breakfast recommend the large Muesli with fruit yoghurt & honey. Will definitely be back!

Best place around, Very kind and polite family are operating the place, good menu, clean rooms, no parties in the guest house at night (you can go next door). Loved it, have been there twice, can't wait to visit once again
